Fides Polonia Capital Management is a Polish investment fund manager currently in the process of registration with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego — KNF) as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) under the Registered Alternative Investment Fund Manager (ASI — Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna) framework.
Until KNF registration is confirmed and published, Fides Polonia Capital Management does not hold a licence to manage a regulated alternative investment fund or to market fund interests to the public. All investor relations activity is conducted on a pre-registration, private and confidential basis with sophisticated and professional investors only.

Fides Polonia Capital Management is preparing for compliance with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA — Regulation (EU) 2022/2554), which has been fully applicable since January 17 2025. Poland adopted national legislation granting KNF formal oversight powers under DORA. Our ICT risk management, incident reporting, and third-party risk management frameworks are being established in accordance with DORA requirements ahead of KNF registration.
KNF may impose sanctions of up to 1% of average daily global turnover per day of continuing breach for DORA non-compliance, for up to six months.
As a financial services entity, Fides Polonia Capital Management falls within scope of the NIS2 Directive (Directive (EU) 2022/2555) as implemented in Poland. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational cybersecurity measures including encrypted communications, access controls, and incident response procedures.
